Parking Policy

Boot enforcement: 11 PM - 7 AM. Tow enforcement: 24/7.

Vehicles will be enforced upon as a result of these violations:

• vehicle parked on the grass
• parked in handicap parking with no placard
• parked blocking the dumpster
• parked with "FOR SALE" sign in or posted on vehicle
• vehicle with NO license plate displayed
• vehicle with an expired registration decal (yellow sticker on license plate)
• backed into parking space
• commercial vehicles are prohibited after 8PM
• inoperable vehicles (Flat tire(s), broken window, oil leaks, etc.)
• expired temporary tag displayed
• vehicle parked on sidewalk
• vehicle taking up two or more spaces
• parking on street is prohibited
• any vehicle in violation of any other State/County/City law, regulation, or rule.
• vehicles tag was not found in registration system.
• guest permit/registration expired.
